Details
Replace Rust integration tests with Python black-box tests 
Add a mytpl-test binary that exposes rendering, parsing and the Context API
as CLI commands, so Python can run one fresh process per input. Port every
existing library test case to that black-box suite and update CI to build the
binaries and run it.
